Adventure Club Tribal Camp

AC Tribal CampYesa!! I passed my SupPer!!The Adventure Camp was tiring but it was FUN, EXCITING and it surely was a fruitful experience. I learned a lot of things during this 4 days and the most important things that I learned in this camp is leadership. This is the 1st time I am assigned as an AFA with Denise as the FA and I have seen how she lead the team. Leadership is not a skill that you born to have. It is through experience and the guidance of another leader that will produce the leadership in you. Being a leader is not easy. You need to communicate with ur team well, inspire them, make them trust you but not be too dependant on you and also motivate them when their morale is down. With still the long journey in Adventure Club, I am sure I will be a different Ricky from what I used to be 5 years ago as it is a learning journey which teach me a lot of things which cannot be found in textbooks. "I am here for a purpose and that purpose is to grow into a mountain, not to shrink to a grain of sand. Henceforth will I apply all my efforts to become the highest mountain of all and I will strain my potential until it cries for mercy"Never under-estimate your own strength.
