Yea!! I'm on the peak of Mt.Faber!! A place which can make me feel calm and relax. I don't know why I feel connected to Mt.Faber. Everytime I go there, I just feel that I have lots of memories over there... I just love going there!! The moon was especially round that day. Shoning high above us and ocassionally hiding behind the dark clouds. On the South was actually Sentosa and a great seaview and on the north is actually Telok Blanglah, a lot of tall HDB, and with their lights on, it makes u feel above the stars. When the clock strike 12, you could actually hear the sound of the bell from some church below, singing with the song of the wind. What a great Christmas with you!!
After that, went home to take car and meet Ler, Ao, WZ, CH, JH etc at around 2am. Deciding where to go but can't think of any place. So in the end, went to WZ house to chill and play mahjong till morning.
Merry X'MasWoke up at 5pm. Meet Ao and Ler and because its christmas, we decided to pamper ourselves, so we went to CHIJMES Gyu-Kaku to eat. Gyu-Kaku is a barberque Japanese restaurant where it is famous for their Wagyu(premium) Beef. Thanks to Ler and Ao for being the staff over there, we ate at a discounted price!! The meal could easily cost you around $100++ but in the end, we only spent $36++ Must thank the manager because he give us a lot of free food somemore still got 20% discount. Maybe because of the 2 large fries that we brought to po them, thats why they treat us so good... =D Woot~ They also help us peng the food leh. But abit paiseh cause when we were eating, there are like 3 or 4 staff always talking and looking at us, asking us whether the food nice or not... Stressed.
After that, decided to go Marina Square to watch I Am Legend but the cinema closed. Somemore the gate is close till nice nice for you to see sia. Golden Village also off during Christmas eh... So in the end, we went to Kbox to sing although my singing sucks... Who cares. What most important is have FUN!! Sing till the wee hour and home sweet home. Great to be with my buddy!!
Operation in NUHJust came back from NUH. Warded on 27th Dec. Went there for an operation on my right elbow to repair the ligament. Was suppose to stay there only for 1 night but the doctor cheated my feeling... Extend my stay in hospital for 1 more day. =( Felt so fustrated.
Well, the past 3 days have been a boring one but thanks to my friends and family, they make it a not so boring hospitalisation. =D Thanks Dukey, Dion, CH, WZ & Meryl, for their birdy talk which make me laugh and liven up my spirits when im feeling so restless and tired. Thanks KA, Denise and Feazah for visiting me and make me smile =) Thanks her for spending the whole 2nd day with me, sharing my boredom and entertain me. Yea. I promise I will be back as active like a monkey in no time!! Thanks mum for cooking for me. The hospital food just sucks. And THANKS everyone for their well wishes!! Every message and well wishes will be kept in my heart. =D

Happy WorkingToday went to work for LavishDine with Des and KA at Queenstown. The company provides catering service and today event is a christmas celebration by an aleluya. Woo~ Felt today working was not as boring as last time cause today i'm given a new job. Yes, its WaterBoi!! Kopi boy usually only serve kopi but for waterboi, its different. We dont serve water, but we take care of water. Fruit punch, Kopi, Tea... Than you have to ask the people "Sir, Do you wan fruit punch, Kopi, Tea or MEE if you don't mind?" So sad sia. They all choose either fruit punch or Kopi or Tea but die die dont want to choose Me... Sadded. Queenstown people all have birddy eye..
Make fruit punch, than change all those empty container, talk cock, slack, wash container... Thats all my job. It is tiring but refreshing as you are always trying something new. So fun eh playing with the water etc.
Yea. Tomorrow working at same place again. Hope can be like today!! Need to work more, earn more to spent more!!

BalanceI believe that every thing need a balance. For example, Eating. Eat too much and we will grow fat. Eat too little and we will be skinny as a bag of bone. Another example, Stress. Too much stress is unhealthy for your body and too little stress will give you no motivation to perform well. We are constantly searching for a balance, searching for an equilibrium between things in our life. But often, our decision making to find a balance will often cause a loss of other things...
It is difficult to find a balance between friends and your partner as the decision you make not only affect yourself, but also others. If you constantly spent your time with your partner, your friend will say you 重色轻友(Regard love as superior to friendship). If you constantly spent your time with your friend, your partner will think that you neglete him/her and doesn't love him/her that much. So how to make a decision that won't make both sides think that way?
I need more time! Wouldn't it be nice if we have 48hrs a day? We doesn't need to spent 1/3 of our day sleeping. I could spent 8hrs of my time sleeping, 12hrs of my time with friends, 12hrs with her, 8hrs with my family and 8hrs for my own space. We often want to do so many things but often have so little time...
I don't know what to do or what should I do. I don't know what to say or what should I say. I don't wish you to feel this way, guide me how not to make you feel this way... I really wish that you could laugh out loud and smile everyday.

AWWA Volunteering work
Went to AWWA to do volunteer work again today. Its my 1st time to AWWA and we went into a free training facilities room for the children over there. At 1st was quite lost and dunno what to do. But after you interact with the children, you get the hang of it on how to take care of them. Woo~ tired but you will feel happy after doing something that contribute back to the society.
The job of a child is to strengthen urself for the future
The job of a youth is to give back to the society
The job of an adult is to work hard for the future
The job of a senior citizen is to enjoy the fruit of your labour
I must say that I am very proud their parents. Even though their children need special needs and care, they didnt even have the thoughts of abandon their kids, they chose to grit their teeth and welcome them to this world full of challenges and accompany their children through all those challenges, trying their best to make their children enjoy and smile everyday. *3 claps for them. 3 habits that I wish to change:
1. Lateness. Im always late. I can be late for either a short 4mins or a long 1hr. Must be early next time.
2. Stubborness. Stubborness can make urself unhappy and people around you unhappy too. Must try my best to learn to accomodate others people idea.
3. Sleep late night. I know that when im tired, I will have a change of mood. A tired Ricky is an attitude Ricky. This will cause people around me to feel uneasy. =(
Will try my best to change my habits. Action speak louder than words. =D

Ubin night cycling- Wilderness Quest On Wheels
I was the FA for group 9. This is the 1st time I was given the task of an FA. The recce of the cycling was different from this actual one. During recce, you are being lead. But now, you are the one who is leading. You are the one who have a great responsiblity for all the welfare and safety of the participants. Cycling into the darkness... Lucky everything went well and smooth, but was not quite happy about my performance as an FA. Failed to make the group communicate and bond. =( But it is a great experience indeed being given a chance to be a leader. Although I failed, but I have learned. I learned how to handle this kind of situation if it ever happens again. In life, if we fall, don't whine. Stand up, and learn from your mistake. This will make you a stronger person to continue your journey in life, make you harder to fall again. Shall try harder again next time. =D
Yea!! I learned how to set-up fire using tweaks for field cooking!! Although the participants was suppose to set-up the fire themselves, but I myself was enthusiastic about setting up the fire as I have never tried anything like this before. It was fun and magical =D

Ubin Night Cycling-Wilderness Quest On Wheels are like a journey in life. The road ahead is like so dark and you doesn't know whats challenge are up ahead for you. The roads can be smooth, but it can also get bumpy. You learned things along the way and there are always surprises in your life....

Yea! Term Test finally over!! Now seriousy can EAT DRINK PLAY ENJOY!! Was studying with United Nation for the past few days. It was hard to concentrate but fun though. I seriously can't study at home. When I start to open my books and read the 1st two sentence, my mind will keep nudging me "Ricky, its still early, go to ur comfy bed a take a 5mins break." After I lie down, my mind will tell me again "Ricky, now its still early, don't you want to watch the great television programme??" OK. So I went to watch the television programme for "awhile". After the awhile, my mind start to tempt me on my computer again. In the end, it was already past midnight and than I start to open my book, studying on my comfy bed. Before I finish 2 pages, I fall asleep...

DistractionArghh!!! It was killing me man!! Tomoro im having my first term test paper and guess what, I have only studied 0.5 chapter out of 4 chapter and now its like almost 2am. I really really can't study at home man!! Too much distraction. My television was always asking me to press its button to watch its beautiful body. My computer was always calling "come come Ricky, just use the cursor to click on my sexy body"!! WTH man. Lucky tomoro paper start at 1230pm. Think I will wake up early and chiong to school to have a last minute study. Hugging the Buddha leg again. Went night cycling at Pulau Ubin during Friday night. It was exciting and fun especially when you are the one leading. The road ahead is dark and unknown and you are always trying to see whats ahead of you. A kind of curiosity. Some advice: Torch light with strong light is important!! So are water bottles too!! If you wan to have a fulfilled trip, bring a binoculas for star gazing. In Pulau Ubin, due to the almost zero light pollution, you can see a lot and clearer stars in the sky. It just look like you are in a fairytale land. And guess what, I did saw a shooting stars again!! The shooting stars look like a normal blue stars in the sky but it is moving at a very fast speed. Around 1-2 secs, it is gone. This time round, I dont dare to make a wish due to the previous time that after I make a wish, I break my hand the next day. But my wish did come true. Think you have to give before you can get what you wanted... In the past, when people said that they saw shooting stars in Singapore, I won't believe them because I thought how can Singapore have shooting stars? But after I did really saw one, I started to believe that actually, everyday there's shooting stars in the sky, everywhere there is. But what's rare is meteor shower. Reach home at around 1030am in the morning, bathed and sleep. Woke up at around 430pm. Ate "breakfast" and slack around in house. Went to Dhoby Ghaut in the night with Ler, Ao and CH... Went there just to "give Singapore Pool money?" Stop gambling boy. Its true what Ao said. Gamble is to gamble for fun, not gamble to recoup losses. If everyday people were to win in gambling, than Singapore pools will not have all those nice flat screen TV for you to see. First time hear Ao say so many Da Dao Li sia. Sun gonna rise from the west already... Yea. Its for your own good. So stop gambling in such a way please. Went to Cafe Cartel to have our dinner. After that went to Ao house to watch soccer but I ended up sleeping. Zzz. Sorry my dear. Dont blame them for their playfulness. =D Got to go study for my term test tomoro...Twinkle, twinkle, little star,

Round Ubin KayakingWent for Round Ubin Kayaking yesterday. It was tiring but fun-laughter in the air. KaiYan was my partner. Was talking all the way to motivate ourself. Eating Oreo and bread halfway through, laughing at people who capsize, doing "50cents", sing song and self high. The water was choppy and some parts was difficult to kayak. Ocassionally, was kayaking with my head down to have a short nap as I slept from 5am-6am last night. It was a sweet night. =) After kayak, took a short interval nap of 5mins. Make me feel so refresh after listening to the voices. Went to white sand Swensen to have ice-cream. Need to pamper ourself after a hard day of work. Woot~ The Gold Rush was superb. My all time favourite. Ice cream just make me happy. =D Reach home and pop, lie on my bed and slept throughout the day for 13hrs!!Thanks to my 13hrs, I woke up at 715am++ Thought that I am going to be late for my Mr. Banana class. So quickly change and went for class. Reach there at around 830am. Happily walk into the lab room with wind behind me and where when I want to start to sit down on my seat, I felt all around me was different... Why this class people is from my 2.1 classes and everyone was like looking at me? Than I went to Mr. Banana and give him see my timetable. Due to me being MIA for 2weeks for the lab, I actually forgot that todays lecture start at 10am!! Damn it. I was too enthusiastic to come to Banana class that I came too early!! Somemore today I remember to wear shoe to lab lo. =( Than when I left the classroom, everyone in the lab just burst out laughing... So malu plz!! =( NVM. Look on the bright side. At least. today I make 20++ people happy. =)Im not shyIt just sunburnedIt just fell deeper and deeper=DCheers~*.*"
