The Leap YearsWent to watch The Leap Years with Shiyi today. Acually we decided on Rule #1 but because she look short and the ticket seller ask for her IC, she didnt bring and so, we have to choose other movie. Sorry Shiyi, its not a crime being short. =)
It is a nice love story but if you are more to watching love story that ends with a huge twist or big bang, you are going to be disappointed by this movie. However, some of the quotes from the movie is quite interesting. I would give it a 3 out of 5.
After that, some of the ACians went to CH house to give her a surprise birthday. The plan was, Dinesh sister will act as a delivery girl who deliver Starbuck's cake to her house as she has not seen her before. And when she open the door to recieve the cake, we pop out and say Happy Birthday to her. We went into her house and sing a birthday song for her. Not forgetting the AC tradition, I dip a side of the fork into the cake and so she has to use her mouth to pick it out. But the so called CH good friend Ines and WC push her head inside the cheese cake and she ended up being a Mango Cheesecake Face.
My car was also being offered cake to eat. Of course she was force to eat the cake by Denise. In the end, its face, eyes and ears kena all the cream and because it is made of glass, it gets too oily. Luckily, they have the "car detergent" to wash it so I can prevent kena scolded by the old dowager.
Went Bedok 85 to have Dinner cum Supper after that.
Once again, Happy Birthday to Chuan Hui!!
