Carbohydrate and Protein

Today has been a healthy lifeday for me.
My Healthy lifeday schedule:
1130am-Wokeup and get prepared to go to Temasek Poly
1230pm-Met up with SY=DD and went to business school to have lunch. I ordered a plate of chicken chop and changed the fries to baked potato. This gives me protein from the chicken meat and carbohydrate from the baked potato. I also drank 100plus which give me additional carbohydrate.
1330pm- went to AC room to slack for awhile for the food to be digested.
1430pm- Went to the the gym to workout. Doing chest press 8reps x 4sets and lat pull down 8reps x 3sets to train my chest and back muscle. After that, went to the workout station and do inclined pull up 15reps x 2sets and back log lift 8reps x 3sets and sit up 50reps x 2sets to train my arm, back and adominal.
1530pm- Went to Business Canteen again and ordered a plate of pancake. The pancake give me carbohydrate too. Oh and I also ordered a bottle of 100plus.
1600pm- Went back to AC room to rest and wait for Faezah.
1715pm- Went for a 400m slow jog with faezah at the Track and Field and after that, we proceed to Bedok Reservoir for our 5km run. And I am so so happy with my timing. 23mins and 32seconds!! I didnt deprove after not running properly for sometime!!
1830pm- Ordered a plate of carbonara plus egg to give me carbohydrate and protein.
2000pm- Went to buy green apples to supply myself with fibre.
Thats sums up my day. Gonna drink Cereal tonight before I sleep to provide myself with Carbohydrate and Protein.
I wanna grow fatter!!
Here are some information regarding Carbohydrate and Protein. Carbohydrate is to provide energy for the body and prevent protein from being use for energy whereas for Protein, one of it function is to build up your muscles. So if you want a stonger muscles, eat protein and also eat carbohydrate so as to prevent protein from being use as an energy source.
