Some updates about my life.
This weekend, I was a very good boy. I stayed at home most of the time, catching up on my Management Accounting subject knowledge and cleared some doubts about it. Something that somehow affected my heavy heart subconciously for the past few weeks. You know, there is this particular chapter about Process Costing that I was rather blur about. And I was disheartened that I couldn't catch what the lecturer was teaching. So I make it a point to study from topic 1 till the current topic. Finally, I am able to declare that I understand the topics!! Now I just need more practice to make myself familiarize with it.
Now I am going to move on to my Financial Accounting topics. Same situation, I have a topic talking about accrual and prepayment which I have doubts about. It's time to work on it. Gonna work hard!
I don't know if I can pass my O Level that I am retaking. Just got no time to revise on it. ACCA priority is higher but I don't want to waste my money and effort that I had already put in. Gotta take out some time to revise when exam is nearer.
So for the next 3 months, it is exam periods for me. O level is in October, my Accountant in Business paper is in November and my Management and Financial accounting papers are in December.
But something that I really looking forward to is the Bali trip that Wei Cheng is organising in December! Something to look forward after such a fun-plus-work-plus-studies filled year. Time for some self-pampering. Can't wait for the trek to the top of one of the volcano to see the sunrise! The crystal like blue waves hitting onto the soft fine beach with the warmth of mother sun. That is heaven! December please come fast!
And I got my first smart phone - HTC Touch 2. Saw an E-mail promotion for Mindef personnel where you sign a 2-years plan with Starhub and you can get the phone for $0. Since my plan has expired, I decided to went down to town with YeSheng, YongLiang and CheeHiang last Wednesday to get it. Can watch youtube while travelling!
Working life has been rather busy for the past few days as we are shifting to our new office. Well it was rather refreshing to work in a different environment. Time past faster and at least it lifted my mood a little everytime when I go to work as work seems less boring.
In one month time, there will be a new member arriving in my family! I put my hand on my sister's stomach and sometime, I can feel her stomach moving and protruding, like he was using his leg to say hello to me. That was the 1st time I had ever touched a pregnant's stomach and that feeling was amazing! I didn't know that fetal can move so strongly! Take care sis.
